Lynxes A lynx is an animal that is from the cat family tree. They have short stubby tails and have long pointed black hair on their ears. They are carnivorous and hunt small animals such as birds. There are 3 different types of Lynxes. They are an endangered species in this world. Lynxes usually hunt alone when looking for prey, but sometimes a pack of lynxes would hunt together. Lynxes live in rock crevices or under ledges.
A stoat is an animal that came from the weasel and ferret family. Stoats too are animals who hunt alone. Stoats or Ermines are carnivorous and eat fish, rodents, and especially rabbits. Although the stoats are around 18 centimeters to 32 centimeters in height, they can easily take down animals who are bigger than themselves. Ermines or Stoats
Moose Moose, also called Elks, are herbivores. They have huge antlers that take 3 to 5 months to fully grow. The moose renews its antlers once a year. Only a male moose has antlers. Moose aren’t typically aggressive, unless you aggravate them. Then in which they attack; humans especially.
Beavers are nocturnal animals. They are usually seen in rivers and streams. Beavers are herbivores who feed off plants. They are known for building dams. They have large flat tails which assist them in swimming, and building the dams. Beavers can make signals with their tails. For example, if they feel that they are in danger, they would smack their tails on the water causing a loud noise which can be heard from other beavers around the area. Beavers
Hawk Owls A hawk owl is an owl that looks like a hawk. Hawk owls are also called SurniaUluluas. Hawk owls are carnivores that eat other small birds and voles. The owls have broad heads, yellow beak, and a long narrow tail, which is similar to a hawk.
