Why set up a STEM Club? • Can go ‘off curriculum’ and ‘cross curriculum’ • Makes STEM subjects fun • Expected for STEM specialist schools • Mentioned in OFSTED grade descriptors for the science curriculum • Improves uptake of STEM subjects at GCSE and beyond
