  1. Common Admission Test (CAT) 2017 will be conducted by Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow in the month of October/November. The last phase of your preparation must have begun and here are top 5 tips that will help you crack the CAT 2017 exam.

Benefits of taking online mock tests:- • Getting comfortable with the computer-based test environment. • Better understanding of the mode of test. • Identifying time consuming areas and hence improving time management. • Increasing speed for the main exam day. • Solving a variety of problems. • Take at least 2-3 mock tests in a week. Increase the numbers as the exam date comes close.

  3. Analysethe mock test result. Here’s why:- • Identifying scoring areas. • Identify strengths and weaknesses. • Understanding the concepts behind the answers. • Learn from your mistakes and don’t repeat.

  4. Some topics require regular revision otherwise they become difficult to recall at the time of exam. Such topics are:- • Formula • Vocabulary • Grammar rules • Start revising weeks before the exam so that you don’t have to think hard on the exam day for recalling the above mentioned topics.
