Knowledge Services Group • Part of NHS Education for Scotland (NES) • National strategic and policy framework, leadership, resources and tools • to widen access to knowledge • promote competence in its use • to help to improve Scotland’s health and healthcare. • We provide • 12 million information and learning resources • From more than 100 providers. • One integrated access point – The Knowledge Network • Collections of articles, books and journals, guidelines, policy documents, resources for patients and service users, evaluated websites and e-learning courses.

Community Builder toolkit Wiki A piece of software which enables users to create, edit and link webpages. A wiki website is usually created collaboratively and allows members of the creating community to edit its content. Examples include Wikipedia Discussions Question and answer opportunities, sharing of experiences, lessons learnt Blogs An online journal created by a particular person or team. The owner posts messages and allows others to add their own comments.
