Monthly Management Report Designed to display: • Monthly performance data from the Management Information Systems (MIS) • Provides a summary count (numerator, denominator, and rates) for regional activities and outcomes for the State fiscal year • State fiscal year (July 1 to June 30) • Cumulative performance data • Regional / DEO contracted performance measures • Comprised of 28 performance measures • Year to month basis • The Department of Economic Opportunity (“Agency”) compiled this report from data provided by other organizations. Monthly Management Report Measure 5. WIA Adults Employed Worker Outcome Rate • Numerator: The number of WIA adults employed at participation minus global exclusions, who entered employment at case closure and attained a credential • Denominator: The number of WIA Adult case closures that were employed at participation minus global exclusions

WIA Adult Entered Employment Rate • Numerator: The number of WIA Adults who were not employed at participation minus global exclusions, who entered employment at closure • Denominator: The number of WIA Adult case closures not employed at participation minus global exclusions
Monthly Management Report Measure 7. WIA Adult Entered Employment Wage Rate • Numerator: The average WIA Adult program hourly wage at entry into employment • Denominator: The regionally adjusted Lower Living Standard Income Level (LLSIL) for a family of three
Monthly Management Report Measure 8. WIA Dislocated Worker Entered Employment Rate. • Numerator: The number of WIA Dislocated Workers who were employed at case closure • Denominator: The number of WIA Dislocated Workers case closures
Monthly Management Report Measure 9. WIA Dislocated Worker Entered Employment Wage Rate. • Numerator: The average WIA Dislocated Worker program hourly wage at entry into employment • Denominator: The regionally adjusted Lower Living Standard Income Level (LLSIL) for a family of three
Monthly Management Report Measure 10. WIA Adult and Dislocated Worker Employment Rate. • Numerator: The unduplicated number of WIA Adult and Dislocated Workers who were employed at case closure • Denominator: The unduplicated number of case closures that were WIA Adult and Dislocated Workers
Monthly Management Report Measure 11. WIA In-School Youth Outcome Rate • Numerator: The unduplicated total of those who obtain a credential or a diploma or at case closure were in post-secondary education or advanced training or qualified apprenticeships or the military or who had entered employment • Denominator: The number of Older and Younger Youth case closures minus global exclusions that had no high-school diploma or the equivalent at participation (less than 12th grade) and who were in secondary school at participation

WIA Out-of-School Youth Outcome Rate. • Numerator: The unduplicated total of those who obtain a credential or a diploma or were in post-secondary education or advanced training or qualified apprenticeships or the military or who had entered employment at case closure • Denominator: All Younger Youth and Older Youth (including those jointly served as adults), and youth 18-21 served as adults only, minus global exclusions, who were not in secondary school at participation and who were not in secondary school at case closure

WIA Younger Youth Skill Attainment Rate. • Numerator: Goals attained during the month • Denominator: For the month, Goals due to be attained and exited, goals not due but exited and basic skills deficient without basic skill goal set and non basic skills deficient without goal set

WIA Younger Youth Positive Outcome Rate. • Numerator: The number of WIA Younger Youth (14-18) that exited the program minus global exclusions, with positive outcomes (enter employment, military, apprenticeship programs, post-secondary education, or receive a diploma) • Denominator: The number of WIA Younger Youth (14-18) case closures, minus global exclusions
Monthly Management Report Measure 15. Timeliness of Data Input for WIA Participants. • Numerator: The sum of the days between the participation dates (first activity) and the dates the participants are data entered into the EFM system • Denominator: The number of WIA participants entered into EFM during the month
Monthly Management Report Measure 16. Timeliness of Data Input for WIA Closures. • Numerator: The sum of the days between the closure dates and the dates the closure data are entered into the EFM system • Denominator: The number of WIA Closures entered into EFM during the month

Customer Satisfaction - WIA Individuals • Numerator: The weighted average of WIA participant ratings on each of the 3 questions regarding overall satisfaction reported on a 0-100 scale based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) • Denominator: The number of WIA participants responding in the monthly telephone survey

Customer Satisfaction – Wagner-Peyser Individuals • Numerator: The weighted average of Wagner-Peyser job seeker ratings on each of the 3 questions regarding overall satisfaction reported on a 0-100 scale based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) • Denominator: The number of Wagner-Peyser job seekers responding in the monthly telephone survey
Monthly Management Report Measure 26. Customer Satisfaction – Planned Sample WIA • Numerator: The actual WIA customer satisfaction sample size for the month • Denominator: The planned WIA customer satisfaction sample size required for the month
