Lessons Learned • Identify Key Stakeholders Early in the Process • Provide Easily Accessible Information to the Public • Give Public an Opportunity to Participate and Listen to Input • Obtain Feedback from Policy Makers Throughout Process • Work with Developers to Increase Likelihood of Successful Implementation
