William Byrd • He was an English composer born in London in 1542 or 1543. • William Byrd was famous for composing madrigals. • He married in 1568 to Julian Byrd.
He became an organist at Lincoln cathedral in 1563. • In 1607 he published a collection of gradualia for the whole ecclesiasticalyear.
William Byrd got married Julian in 1568,and had seven children.
