  3. Membership Information Sheet Instructions One sheet for every member in your building. Print any additions or changes, sign, and return to the SKEA office. Blank forms in bags if needed. New members need to fill out an application

  4. Building Rep Form Instructions If you didn’t complete this form already, please complete it and return back to the SKEA office.

  5. Transfer Form Instructions Please list any members who have transferred in or out of your building and return to the SKEA office.

  6. Membership ApplicationInstructions Pass out applications to any new members or FairShare members that want to become Active members. Return applications to SKEA office.

  7. Voluntary Contributions OEA Foundation: 100% of these donations will go directly to the students. To meet the needs of students needing eye glasses/coat/shoes. All members can donate to the foundation, only Active members can request funds from the foundation. PIE/NEA FCPE: People for the Improvement of Education: Collects voluntary contributions to support recommended candidates in Oregon elections. NEA Fund for Children and Public Education: Collects voluntary contributions for political purposes.

Additional Items OEA Folders and Calendar Books • Just for Active Members • Calendar book dates are also available for download from OEA website: www.oregoned.org • Contracts • 2012 Concession MOU Instructions Pass out folders to Active members in your building. Hold onto calendar books, Contracts, and Concession MOUS and give to those members who would like one.
