Strategic Plan 2009-2013 and the task M7 • Tasks for the Strategic Plan 2009-2013 were presented • Tasks for TD Management proposed: • Cost for maintenance and operation • Networks-Data-Performance indicators • Long term investments in road infrastructure (same as M7) • Research • Result of SP tasks gradings by the GB and EB was that there was not enough interest shown by the member countries in the task M7 (only 4 times grade 4, and nobody ready to take over the leadership), see excel sheet

Question • Shall the group go on with the task M7 if the leaders in members countries haven‘t much interest in it? • At GB meeting in Malta, Mr Parisé had announced that France would lead a comparative survey about maintenance and operation costs in detail and asked for a few member countries to be seriously engaged in the work. Shall we share their results or join them in their analysis? • The group‘s action plan is the following: • M1: Final report will be presented in June 2008. • M4: Final report will be presented in June 2008. • M6: Final report may be introduced in the beginning or in the end of 2009. • M7: In the 2008 the group will work on best practice guide and then will introduce iterim report and final report in the year of 2009.
