Training Services • Responsible for all Public Classroom Training in Lawson offices in US and Canada • Quarterly Calendars • Assignment of Resources • Server and PC performance • Ordering Training Materials • Work with Field Ops/communication to clientbase • Create new Classes • Private Training in Public Classrooms • User Group Participation • Partner Certification/Go to Market Strategy • Webcasts • Partner Certification Workshop • Web Based Training

  5. Training Services Standardization • Standardization of offerings • Gifts, Snacks, Supplies, Certificates • Evaluate regional schedules • Improve QA testing on Servers • Offer both 7x & 8.x classes • More even saturation of classes/ less cancellation

Training Services Changes • September 1, 2001 • Application classes went from $500/day to $550/day • Technology classes remain the same • Future offerings • LOGAN Admin will replace ATD Foundations (1/1/02) • Upgrade 7.0 – 8.x (available now via TM) • Hyperian Classes (Essbase & Pilar) (11/1/02) • XML will be the standard front-end (11/1/02)
