Grains are an important food group. Whole grains are better for you because they have more benfits than white grains.
Grains give us Vitamin D and fiber, so you should eat whole grains throughout the day. Not all brown grains are whole grains.
You should eat more grains than any other food group. Eat less white grains because they don't have as many nutrients as whole grains.
In my opinion, you should eat more grains than any other food group.
