Future Expansion • 10 Additional A319 aircraft by end 2015 • New bases in 2015 • 7 aircraft based in Tanzania (+4), 3 in Zambia (new), 2 in Zimbabwe (new) and 1 in Kenya (new) • Bases in South Africa and Uganda in 2016 • Up to 34 aircraft in 2018 • 9 in South Africa, 7 each in Tanzania and Kenya, 4 each in Uganda and Zimbabwe and 3 in Zambia • Possible Emirates codeshare agreement Source: Ed Winters in Bloomberg, 2014

LCC features • Low basic-fares • Point-to-point traffic, no transfer-hub operations • Standardised fleet of A319’s • Encouraging online ticket-sales • Rapid turnaround times for African standards • Fees & Charges for additional services (catering, seat selection, baggage, etc.) Source: Fastjet
