  2. 中芬合作China-Finland Cooperation • 双方合作的目标和任务：促进中芬两国政府间的交流与合作，促进eHealth信息技术的创新发展，共享基础研究成果，带动中芬之间的商业合作。 • Goals and Tasks of China & Finland parties: Enhance the Cooperation between two government, Enhance the innovation and development of eHealth, sharing with the achievements of research and development; achieve China-Finland commercial cooperation

  7. 签订了四方合作的MOUSigned the MOU of four parties • 四方合作：芬兰eHP课题组，上海卫生局，浦东课题组和复旦大学 Four parties: Finland eHP, Shanghai Health Bureaus, Pu Dong Project team and FuDan University • 政府牵头：上海市卫生局信息中心和浦东社发局 Government: Shanghai Health Bureaus and Pu Dong Social Development Bureaus • 各方参与：浦东课题组与芬兰课题组紧密合作；医疗机构、IT公司共同参与 Other Parties: Pu Dong Project Team and Finland Project Team cooperate tightly, with medical organization, and IT companies • 大学指导：复旦大学、库皮奥大学 Universities: Fu Dan University, University of Kuopio

  8. 合作内容The Content of Cooperation 开展基础性调查分析；在试点医院进行区域信息共享需求分析调研；研究并建立上海地区健康档案的结构和标准； Fundamental Research and Analysis: Analysis the requirements of regional information sharing in pilot hospital; Achieve the research and establish the structure and standards of Shanghai health records

  9. 合作目标The goal of Cooperation 学习并吸收芬兰在电子病历、健康档案和区域信息共享方面的先进经验，指导浦东新区卫生信息化开展，评估区域性信息共享项目及技术规范；了解浦东新区卫生信息化现状及需求，配合上海地区卫生信息化发展相关技术文件的制定。 Learning the experience from Finland electronic-patient-record, electronic-health-records and regional-information-sharing. Applying these experience into health IT development in Pu Dong, assessing the regional-information-sharing project and technical standards; Understanding the status and needs of Health IT in Pu Dong ,, working in the establishment of Shanghai health IT development related technical paper.

  10. 来访目的The Objective of Visiting 了解芬兰在卫生信息化标准研究、电子病历应用、电子健康记录应用等方面开展的工作；考察上述内容的具体应用模式和开展情况；根据上海近阶段医院信息化发展目标和实际需要，学习芬兰方面的成功经验；通过这次来访，进一步明确和芬兰方加强合作的方向，并希望芬兰科技部和卫生部能够大力支持中芬合作项目。 Understanding the experience from Finland parties on the research of Finland health IT standards, the implement of electronic-patient-record and electronic-health-record; To find out the status and how-what of above issues in Finland; According to shanghai’s e-hospital development gaol and needs, we would like to study more successful experience from Finland parties. Through this trip, we hope that we will enhance and clarify the direction of our Cooperation, also the Ministry of Science and Health of Finland will give more supporting on this project.
