  3. Where to begin • Executive Board • Give feedback to planning committee • Choose recipient of scholarship • Approve community service projects • Invest in future reunion plans to begin funding (as well as committee)

  4. Who? • Executive board members will consist of the children of John Smith Sr. and his brothers and sisters. • Voluntary • Children only. Spouses will not be permitted to serve on the board, but may volunteer to help in a committee.

  5. Family Reunion Committee Co Chairs Donnette Baumann and Michele Smith To fill • Secretary- • Send out minutes from any meetings • Keep contact info updated • Send out email and phone blasts requesting information • Historians (3-5)- • Research a specific part of family tree and draw out • Interesting facts about family members • Photographer- • Take pictures at events • Collect pictures of all family members for future events • Create photo albums
