ABOUTTHE PROJECT Support space planning decisions with utilization data that shows “how many people doing what activities in which types of spaces.” That’s what we mean by “activity analysis.” “Work mode” analysis starts with knowing statistically and specifically where employees get work done: at their desk, in meetings, or somewhere else.  “Mobility” analysis offers opportunity for alternative workplace strategies. What percent of work gets done by “anchors” (at a desk 4+ days a week, more than 50% of each day)? What about roamers (at their desk less than 50% of a day)? What percent of work is not even done in the workplace?

  3. #PROJECTSATISFACTION FacilityQuest started a two-week utilization study for a well known tech company in one of it’s European offices. A utilization study gathers data about "how many people are doing what activities in what types of spaces." This study covers 14 floor plans in three locations, and we're very happy to have our partner MovePlan taking good care of the ten observers over the two weeks of the study.

  4. WORKPLACE PERFORMANCE A FAST START SOLUTION Answer questions quickly. “How many meeting spaces do we have? How many square feet is that? What is our ratio of collaboration to focus- work spaces? How do our meeting rooms and open spaces get used throughout the day? By how many people, doing what activities?
