Retina Filter paper Agarose Gel Agar Block The platform of a vibratome Cut the top of the solidified agarose gel. Cut the retina at the middle Patch Clamp on a cell. The retina on the filter paper is placed on the top of the agar block, and then covered by agarose gel. Then, solidify the agarose gel. The agar block is cut for flattening its top.
