The first slide of your presentation … should show: • your own name • your organisation • the nature of your organisation • e.g. SME, academic institution, public, private • the country from which it operates • the department within the organisation • the specialty of the department • your contact details • your institution’s URL

  3. The 2nd and 3rd slides may show… • the objectives of your proposal • an idea of the existing partnership • the requirements for additional partner(s) • your skills and those of your organisation • the topics you are interested in • involvement in previous / on-going projects in the area

  4. Nota Bene: • Do not overload your slides – provide links to additional material available on the web • Recommended font size = 32 • The slides should be in English language • Do not use videos, etc. – this might not work with the InfoDay IT system • All flash presentations will be made available online prior to the event for networking purposes – Make sure you only include publishable contents (names, images, etc). • Please send your flash presentation by 4 June toRTD-ENV-2013-CALLS@ec.europa.eu
