Impact on United States • About 66% of Americans own a cellular device • Mobile phones are on of the main sources of communication • Statistics show that in one month alone Americans spent 657 billion minutes talking on mobile phones

Critical Answer • With today’s instant gratification people are always wanting the newest and fastest phone. I feel that the next advancement will be a device for communication that requires nothing but the uses of the owners mind power.

Critical Answer • Before mobile phones were popular you could find public pay phones everywhere. Now in today’s society it is very rare to find a pay phone in major cities in the United States and some children are growing up not even knowing what a pay phones are.
