Two – Year Colleges in FY2009 • $40 million: annual average number of awards and transfers to four year or health related institutions during the 2005, 2006, and 2007 school years • Award Weights • 0.5 for each level 1 Certificate; • .75 for each level 2 Certificate; • 1.0 for each Associate degree; • 1.0 for each transfer student. • Additional Weights • 0.5 for “Critical Field”; and • additional 0.5 for each award or transfer who was an “At-Risk” student.

FY 2010 – 2011 Annual Recommendations • Incentives based on awards and transfers: $371 Million • General Academic Universities: $185 million • Two Year Colleges: $93 million • Health Related Institutions: $93 million • External Research Incentive: $278 million • General Academic Universities: $185 million • Health Related Institutions: $93 million

FY 2010-2011 Quality Measures Included • Incentives for Student Success • Productivity: Weighted 3 year average credentials • Progress: Increases of most recent 2 years compared to previous 2 years • Quality: Number of completers who had acceptable score on appropriate exam • Incentive for Research • Average Annual Research Expenditures funded by Federal and Private sources
