Migration to Gmail Module 1: Saving your address book
*On the left, select the contacts you wish to save *Click on “file”
*Select (click) “Text File (Comma Separated Values)” then Click on “Export”
*Choose where to ‘Save’ from drop down menu then click “Save”
Now is a good time to ‘edit’ your email address file. • Double click to open the file, then delete records (addresses) you don’t want, then click “File” and “Save as” but give the file a different name or an ‘addendum”.
