7. 7 Flexible New Deal Stage 1 - Self Managed Job Search (weeks 1-12)
All customers will have an initial skills screening (at NJI) and attend a Back to work session
Stage 2 - Directed Job Search (weeks 13- 25)
At week 13 weekly job search reviews will be carried for 6 six weeks. At Week 19 targeted extra PA reviews to follow up the agreed actions from the 13 week review.
Stage 3 - Supported Job Search (weeks 26 to 51)
This will replace the New Deal Gateway and will include a more in-depth skills health which will allow them quicker access to intensive support.
