  3. Who are our customers ? Our customers fall into 2 categories: • People of working age who are looking for work and/or claiming benefit • Employers We aim to provide a high quality service to all our customers

  5. SINGLE NATIONAL DATABASE • This gives potential applicants the opportunity to access vacancies any where in the country • Removes the need to contact other areas to check vacancies

  6. TOUCH SCREEN TECHNOLOGY • Kiosks available in all offices • Also sited in other places such as shopping centres and community centres. • Facility available to search both locally and nationally • Third Party job bank
