Search Engines - A search engine searches for information on the world wide web. They give a list of websites that they think may contain the information you are looking for.

(giant squid) • Giant or squid • Finds articles that discuss either giants or squids. • Giants and squid This search finds articles that compare jazz and blues. • Giants not squid This search finds articles that are exclusively about jazz. NOT always excludes records with the specified term.
