  5. Class Conduct How your classes will be conducted? The Online MPA program uses e-college platform for all classwork. The link is http://onlinelearning.rutgers.edu/ecollege Before you can start logging in, you need to set up a NetID by going to netid.rutgers.edu

  6. Syllabi and Books To find syllabus for each class, check SPAA website: http://spaa.newark.rutgers.edu/online-mpa-curriculum To purchase books, check Rutgers-Newark bookstore at http://newark-rutgers.bncollege.com/ You can also buy used books online
