  5. Articles of the Confederation • By now you should know the major flaws with Articles of Confederation.. • But historically speaking…..

  6. Were the framers of the Articles not intelligent enough to make a quality document?

  7. Did they do the best they could under the circumstances?

  8. Or….is your teacher a complete whack ball, along with the framers of the Constitution, and the Articles of Confederation was a good and proper frame of government?

Your goal is to create a logical judgment of the Articles of Confederation. • Use the document within your group and point out where the flaws or qualities are. • Finally describe how the Articles are Reflective of time period • The final product should be a solid outline referring to specific problems in the document and analysis of said problems.
