  2. Project addresses common learning needs of: • students in High Education (HE) • students in Vocational Education and Training (VET) institutions • adults to get employment-related skills/competences for re-/entering fast-changing labour market (by getting employed or by starting own business).

  3. The main idea of the project is to identify and use ICT-enabled learning solutions to develop and implement e-Mentoring model. • This innovative learning approach is based on collaborative learning in groups, on creative problem solving, experimental learning, critical thinking and creativity. • The developed e-Mentoring model will support remote, autonomous, independent learning supported by e-mentors and will create a possibility for learners to apply their knowledge immediately to practice. • It is very important for the last year students of universities, VET institutions as well as for unemployed people registered in labour market to prepare themselves to re-/enter labour market by getting employment or starting their own business.
