Listening to your feedback Lakeside. 27/01/2014 When asked “Overall, how would you rate the care and support you received from our staff?” 90% responded “excellent” or “good”. What you told us What we did You were unclear about the advocacy service and the role of IMCA and IMHA on the ward. We arranged for Advocacy to do an information giving sessions and provide a drop in session on the ward. This was a success and will now be done monthly! You want the patient computer to be fixed We have reported this several times to IT and are awaiting there expertise to reside the matter! The activity team are now going to prioritise this on a Sunday. If you have a religious needs then discuss it during your 1:1 time with Activity workers and we will look to facilitate you to local services. If not spirituality activities would be available on the ward to engage in if you wish. You identified that sometimes your spirituality needs are not being met. We welcome comments from service users and carers about our services and have developed a number of ways in which people tell us about their experiences. To find out more please talk to any member of staff or call PALS on (01925) 664450.
