(Education courses enter a letter grade) • Students will not see any assessment scores during the examination week. • Auditing (AU) students grades have to be left blank • PASS/FAIL course grading • Enter a grade above 60 for PASS Higher Colleges of Technology - Dubai

Grade Modes for Courses • NS Grade • Not submitted • Incomplete Grade • I grade for incomplete – medical reasons – evidence needed • Contact Student Services to ensure I grade is available on banner, with necessary documentation. Common Grade Book Issues • Review Assessment Strategies, before grade entry • Reject Grades: When grades are Rejected by the supervisor,follow-up to make sure the grades are entered correctly and re-submitted for supervisor approval. • Extend Grade Entry Due Date: If grade entry due date has passed, supervisors should extend the due date, there is no need to open the assessment strategy for editing. • Course Work Due Dates: Make sure all FWAcourse work grades are entered by 21st Jun 2014.
