The approval and registration process requires the following documents: • Application form • Copy of tenancy agreement • Preliminary approval of the premises • Blueprint of the location • An architect-approved and certified plan • A copy of the location license issued by the Dubai Municipality • Passport copy of the owner • Name of employees and their certification details • Copy of the pharmaceutical license given by the Dubai Trade Register
