  1. Syndicate 4 - Strategic Communications House Narrative EUMISOM are responding to the need of the Somali people. It is EUMISOM aim to assist in providing a safe and secure environment for the TFG to enable all inclusive political discussions. We will not stand idly by while the cancer of terrorism spreads. Africa is suffering from the largest famine ever experienced. EUMISOM will assist Humanitarian actors alleviate suffering. Supporting Messages: EUMISOM are supporting all inclusive political discussion Supporting Messages: EUMISOM are assisting Humanitarian Actors improve basic conditions for Somalis. Supporting Messages: Terrorism will not be tolerated. • DATA, EXAMPLES, STORIES: • Protecting government officials and buildings. • Force Protection for political outreach activity. • Population free and safe to speak to government officials • DATA, EXAMPLES, STORIES: • Providing a safe and secure environment for the distribution of humanitarian aid. • DATA, EXAMPLES, STORIES: • Actively targeting Al Shabaab and Kamboni organisations. Aim to provide a Framework to empower ALL to communicate success
