3. Typical diet and foods For breakfast they eat or drink coffee, milk, bread and jam, sometimes cheese and ham, with fresh fruit. For lunch they only eat two peanut butter and banana sandwiches. For afternoon snack they eat peanuts, almonds, cashews, brazil nuts and walnuts. For dinner they eat black beans, brown rice and vegetable stir fry. They also eat orange salad.
