List of Healthcare Opportunities • Vietnam National University Hospital, HCMC, Vietnam – international standards and an Academic Medical Center • This is a high priority and the client is expecting a meeting in HCMC April 14th. • Victoria Healthcare, HCMC, Vietnam – international standards • A meeting with this client the morning of April 15th. • Brunei Ministry of Health Master Plan – • REPAS public hospital replacement – 550 beds • New destination hospital at international standards – 250 beds • possible military hospital • HOK has met with the Ministry of Health twice on the heals of our master plan for the capitol city Bandar Seri Begawan. These hospitals are in the master plan and they will be implementing them. They likely have the funding but we could offer a turnkey delivery process. This meeting can’t be set up in April. • (NEW) Jababeka – 74-hectare east of  Jakarta, Medical City and Retirement Homes (Samsung may already be an investor) • HOK believes Samsung may already be an investor in this project in some fashion. We are trying to set up the meeting on April 12thwhich would mean a flight from Singapore that morning. • UEM LAND – Iskandar Development, Johor Bahru, Malaysia - 200 bed private hospital designed to international standards • We have had multiple discussions and we are trying to meet the morning of April 13th. This would mean we fly from Jakarta to KL on the 12th and return to Singapore that afternoon to catch a plane to HCMC on the 13th.
