  4. Trade Events Mate The ultimate planning tool for ATE12 attendees! There are two easy ways to access Trade Events Mate: iPhone/iPad version (recommended) 1. Search for Trade Events Mate or Tourism Australia in the iTunes store and download the Trade Events Mate app 2. Install the app onto your iPhone/iPad 3. Login using your trade events username and password Mobile HTML 5 site (for Android and Blackberry) 1. Go to: www.tradeevents.australia.com/trademate 2. Login using your trade events username and password Wireless Internet Access @ ATE Connection to a wireless service will be available on the trade show floor between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. Service is for business purposes only.   6. The ATE trail increases networking opportunities for all delegates, with Buyers encouraged to explore the floor and visit participating state/territory areas. Look out for the ATE12 Trail in your neck wallet when you register!

  7. Tourism NT– Head to the Outback in the Great NT Hat Yak. Share your NT story and go in the running to receive your very own Akubra Hat. Enjoy refreshing Mango slushies, at the NT Waterhole and watch indigenous art work in progress. Tourism Western Australia – Head to the Extraordinary Café for your coffee pick-me-up and don’t miss the Extraordinary Happy Hours proudly hosted by TWA. Destination NSW – For a morning pick me up, head to Café NSW. Visit the Destination NSW stand during Happy Hour for your chance to win a Legally Blonde Sydney Stay. x close x close x close Tourism Victoria – A visit to Tourism Victoria’s Café Melbourne Style will give you a taste of the proud café culture of Victoria’s capital - Melbourne. Also head to the Tourism Victoria stand during Happy Hour to try ‘Melbourne’s Signature Sips’. Tourism Queensland – The Queensland Café and Noodle bar is back and don’t forget to head to ‘The House’ during Happy Hour for a Queensland seafood BBQ. South Australian Tourism Commission – Adelaide's premier tea establishment TBar will be serving their unique and exciting range of tea flavours each day. Saturday 16 June: ‘Extraordinary Highlights and Delights’ Eastern Buyer Function hosted by Tourism Western Australia and Qantas to be held at State Reception Centre, Frasers, Kings Park (WA Sellers by invitation only) 1830 – 2100. Sunday 17 June: ‘Extraordinary Swan River Style’ Eastern Farewell/Western Welcome Function hosted by Tourism Western Australia (Royal Perth Yacht Club) 1830 – 2030.

Tuesday 19 June: ‘Play, Taste, Experience Extraordinary WA’ Western Buyer Function hosted by Tourism Western Australia and Qantas to be held at the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia (WA Sellers by invitation only) 1830 – 2100. Wednesday 20 June: Happy Hour 1728 – 1900. Refer to the ATE12 Trail for details on what’s happening during Happy Hour. Thursday 21 June: ‘The Last Shout’ Western Farewell Function hosted by Tourism Australia (Rigby’s Bar) 1830 – 2030.

  10. Delegate Neck Wallets Name badges must be worn at all times during ATE and at all official functions. Badge swapping is not permitted. Delegates are not permitted to enter ATE without a name badge being displayed.

Lunch BelleVue Ballroom – located on Level 3 Turn right when you exit the main trade show floor doors and look out for the Tourism Australia staff and volunteers.

Important Exhibiting Information • Please note: • No person under the age of 15 will be permitted on the trade show floor during bump-in/bump-out Eastern Module Bump-in: Thursday 14 June from 2.00pm – 9.00pm Bump-out: Sunday 17 June from 6.00pm – 7.00pm • There will be no heating during bump-in/bump-out Western Module Bump-in: Monday 18 June from 8.00am – 10.30am Bump-out: Thursday 21 June from 6.00pm onwards • Any exhibitor not wearing a safety vest or enclosed footwear will not be permitted entry. All exhibitors and associated workers MUST wear safety vests and enclosed footwear on the trade show floor before Friday 15 June 2012 and after 6.00pm on Thursday 21 June 2012.

  13. Freight Sending freight to PCEC Agility Fairs & Events are the official freight providers for ATE12. If you are organising your own freight through another service provider, please download the Eastern Module / Western Module PCEC delivery label. • Goods will not be received prior to Tuesday 12 June 2012. • You must be present to sign for your goods. Agility will not accept any freight requiring a signature. • Sending freight home from PCEC • Any Seller who needs to send freight from ATE at the end of the event can see the Agility Fairs & Events team in the Brochure Box Area. • You need to clearly identify yourself as a Seller when you approach the table area. • Agility Fairs & Events will arrange shipment for you and you will be charged directly.

Emergency assembly points: Level 1 in between PCEC and the Perth Train Station Level 1 in front of the Medina Hotel Please familiarise yourself with the PCEC evacuation procedures before arriving onsite at ATE. Level 2 on the grassed area to the East of the Busport entrance (Winter Garden) Level 2 on the grassed area in front of Velluto Café (Summer Garden)

  15. Seller Survey All primary and additional delegates attending ATE will be emailed the survey link, to be completed online by Friday 13 July 2012. Feedback is crucial to the ongoing development and success of future events and as part of our commitment to improving the quality of ATE, Tourism Australia is asking all delegates to complete the post-event survey, to outline your satisfaction with various aspects of ATE12. Inside your trolley bag is a note book gift, an appreciation of your feedback.
