  3. MTA Bus Time: Progress over last 6 months • Bus Time Launched on all Staten Island routes on schedule • Received favorably by bus riders; public; and developer community • Preparing for wider rollout in parallel with managing Staten Island deployment

Customers have access to Bus Time using various digital/mobile interfaces • Web browser - deployed • Mobile website - deployed • Text based access* – being deployed • Quick Response code at bus stops** - being deployed • Store-front displays – available for 3rd parties *Guide-a-Ride at stops being rolled out in 6 weeks, users can text intersection/route **Not available until Guide-a-Rides are deployed
