Request for an Activity (AR) Login Find an existing AR Choose AR from catalog Fill new AR Cancel AR  Clone AR Complete/modify AR  Submit AR to System coordinator Approved by System coordinator  Reject AR Save AR Insert ARin catalog Submit AR • Notes •  Document the reason of the rejecting / cancel ? & inform requester •  Checks, mandatory fields : waiting data model • Depending on groups (a matrix shall be written) •  Based on location and time period (LHC machine) •  Mail send to coordination teams.
