Payment Methods Procedures Below is the DESC written procedure for payment of fuel when the Military AirCard is not accepted • #1 Aircrews are to check the AIRCard FBO locator (Worldwide Merchant Directory Search) at www.airseacard.com/cgi-bin/airsea_website/fbo_locator.cgi which identifies if the refueling location accepts the AirCard for payment of both fuel and ground services (See next slide) • #2 The website’s output will show DESC Into-Plane vendors as well as Multi Service Merchant Agreements (Multi Service is the Company under contract by DESC to provide the AIRCards). • #3 If the location has no DESC Contract in place (Fuel Provider will not accept the AirCard), the Aircrew must contact their squadron Accountable Officer (AO) • #4 AO must contact Multi Service (see next slide), and verify there is no DESC contract or Multi Service Agreement in place • #5 After verification and the aircraft is outside 48 hours of the mission refueling stop, the squadron AO will fill out the Online Pre-Arrangement Fuel Form. • #6 Multi-Service will establish an agreement with the fuel provider and make direct payment to them. • #7 DESC will then make payment to Multi Service on behalf of the Squadron and bill DoDAAC attached to the AIRCard. • If fuel/ground services are required inside 48 hours and the location does not accept the AirCARD, the aircrew/squadron must contact Multi Service by phone at866-308-3811or913-344-6536 to make arrangements for payment.

If fuel/ground services are required inside 48 hours of the mission and the refueling location does not accept the AirCARD, the aircrew/squadron must contact Multi Service by phone at866-308-3811or 913-344-6536to make arrangements for payment.

She was extremely helpful and also gave me a direct number to her. It is 913-344-6536...just in case you need it in the future. I will forward the confirmation to you once I receive it. Thank you.” From VR-54 “Thanks! It worked great. No problems at all. They knew we were coming and had a line of accounting all set up.”
