  6. Moodle Bridge • Module Creation • Enrolments • Rollover

  7. Module Creation • Data taken from SDS • Module Name • Module description (online handbook) • Enrolments • Module created in Moodle • Only completed automatically when a module has only one “delivery”

  8. Enrolments • Students synchronised with SDS • Seminar groups synchronised with SDS • Groups created for each delivery (in merged deliveries) • Teachers synchronised with timetable system • Therefore requires timetables to be accurate • Module Convenor taken from SDS and can manually enroll teachers

  9. Rollover • Previously a manual, time-consuming process • Copies content from an old module to a new module • Alternatively copies content between any two modules • This is your choice and managed by Mick DE001 2009/10 TU123 2007/08 DE001 2010/11 GH789 2010/11
