Split Enrollment • Situation where different members of the same family • are enrolled with different TRICARE contractors. • Each contractor maintains and tracks enrollment fees, • co-payments, and other TRICARE enrollee information • for the family members enrolled in its own area.
Enrollment Information on the LES • Transfer Language on the LES • “ Update your TRICARE Enrollment when your PCS” • Content change quarterly
Mis-enrolled Beneficiaries • Beneficiaries enrolled in one region but lives, works and receives care in another region • Takes away capacity from the region they are enrolled and not reflecting PCM assignment were they are receiving care
ADSM Enrollment • Upon arrival at a new duty station to complete ADSM enrollment into a TRICARE Prime plan without having the ADSM complete an enrollment form • Identify a standardized, repeatable process that occurs at the new duty station provides the same data elements as the enrollment form • DMDC has existing data use agreements with DFAS, which could potentially clear the way for data transfers • Pilot Project
