  3. CHALLENGES • Lowest success rate 8% (Call 1-3) among 6 ICPC, highest 23-24% Japan, USA • Joint deep analysis of evaluated proposals – defines the reasons • Lack of federal promoting for Russian teams into FP7 projects • Make use of European experience (Austria, Germany, Italy)
