  2. Basal Implants Basal Implantology is an advanced technology. They are considered to be a revolutionary method of fixing the teeth which are uniquely designed to be accommodated in the basal – cortical bone areas. Basal implantology is also known as Cortical Implantology. The highlight of these kinds of implants is that, they do not require bone graft and bone augmentation.
