Challenges for Wyoming Home Visitation • Economy is heavily driven by resource extraction • Boom/Bust • Transiency • Work related • Service related • No roots • Availability of services • Isolation • Travel • Long Distances • Weather • Small, Remote Communities • Reaching these communities • Gaining acceptance and trust • Cost to benefit • Infrastructure • Collaborating with other agencies and community members. • Perception of scarcity of resources and families to serve
