6. ESRI / Erdas License Issues 1. DTSS Build 9.0 requires new ESRI (ArcGIS 9.0) and ERDAS (Imagine 8.7) license files
2. Must have CORRECT License File number/hardware key associated with the CORRECT VCU # and Laptop # before your system can be upgraded.
3. ALL future requests for licenses must include the VCU # and the Laptop #
4. ALL requests must match our database. If there have been changes / replacements we need to be notified (MANTEC and ILEX)
5. ALL lost/stolen/misplaced hardware keys must be reported under Report of Survey
