Past Students Caitlin Johnson, 20 Marion, Iowa “It’s very calm and peaceful here, and although I miss the shopping malls back home, I love looking out of the window and seeing nature surrounding me. I’ll miss the outdoor pursuits as it’s the best thing I could have done. Being on a mountain 200 ft above ground, I realised that I can achieve anything!”
Past Students Kirsten Walvoord, 20 Kalamazoo, Michigan Major: Education “I grew a lot as a person. My view of the world is a lot bigger now. Outdoor pursuits was really challenging and I got to do things I would never have done at home. The students and faculty are great. Wales is beautiful and Carmarthen a neat little town. I’d definitely recommend the study abroad experience.”
