  1. This is the USAWC Youth Sports Home Page. Public Portal Page: Youth Sports Page accessed at home without a CAC Card. Select the month you wish to look at. Default is the current month. Instructions for Youth Sports Portal Page Select the Age Group (Pre-school, in this example). Then, only the games and practices associated with this Age Group will Display. Access Instructions here. If a game or practice is cancelled, the game will immediately display in red. You can find the portal page here: http://publicportal.carlisle.army.mil/sites/youthsports/Youth_Sports_Schedule/Lists/League%20Calendar/calendar.aspx

For Administrators Entering New Game/Practice Step 1: Select Sport Step 2: Select Age Group Step 3: Select Location Step 4: Select Start time and End time Step 5: Select Type of Event (See Note *) Step 6: Select Type of Event (See Note *) Step 7: Select Home and Away Team Step 8: Click “OK” – This will enter the event in the list of events (and on the calendar) * Note: After a new game is created, the portal will display (no title) for the event, click the browser refresh button and the event will populate.

For Administrators Canceling (or editing) a Game Step 1: Select the game you want to cancel (or edit) Step 2: Click “Edit Item” Step 3: Select “Yes” in the Canceled field Step 4: Click “Okay” Step 5: Check entry, it should now display in red, like this one (this is a different game than the one we started with)
