    6. NOTE: All non-NURSI courses can be taken prior to semester noted. Anatomy and Physiology courses courses cannot be more than 5 years old from the time of the admission deadline for the semester entering.

Elsevier/Evolve A2 Exam requirements Minimum: 75% Cumulative Score Additional rank points offered based on the following sub-test areas: Reading Comprehension; Vocabulary and General Knowledge; Grammar; and Anatomy and Physiology. 4 points if 3 or more areas above 90% 3 points if 2 areas above 90% 2 points if 3 or more areas 80-89% 1 point if 2 areas 80-89%

    15. ACCEPTANCE Process Applicants who have completed steps 1 to 7 will have their application processed by the Admissions Office. In the event that there are MORE qualified applicants than there are seats available for this program, a ranking process will be used based on the Admission Requirements.

    16. ACCEPTANCE Process (cont) Priority for admission: a. In-district applicants b. Out-of-district applicants and Out-of-district applicants working full-time in-district (proof of in-district employment will be required each semester).

    18. Application decisions Notification letters will be sent no later than April 19, 2013, after the Admissions Department has calculated rank scores and the Nursing Department Student Program Participation Committee has confirmed the applicants accepted.

What can I do to promote my application Complete program required non-nursing courses English 1101 English Composition 3 cr Psych 1100 Intro to Psychology 3 cr Speech 1100 Speech OR Speech 1120 Small Group Comm. 3 cr Culinary 1110 or PHYS Basic Nutrition 3 cr Math 1102 (you may want to consider a Statistics course if intending to pursue BSN or higher degree) 3 cr Psych 2237 Developmental Psych 3 cr Micro 1420 Microbiology 4 cr Humanities course 3 cr

    21. What can I do to promote my application Prepare for the Elsevier/Evolve A2 Retake the Elsevier/Evolve A2 (it can be repeated every 3 months; and taken twice in an application year cycle)
