Funding Distribution • Design & Implementation Group recommendation for interim scheme • Joint Settlement & Distribution Group • COSLA Leaders December • Indicative allocations information based on funding announcement (subject to change) and recommended distribution methodology (which could also change)

  5. Guidance & Financial Management • Concern that resource will not be enough • Key aspects of financial management and prioritisation. • Need to have effective means of slowing spend when required • Need to ensure scarce resource goes to those who need it most
