Destination Medical Community Ambassador Program • Nationwide certification program for volunteers and frontline workers • Lasting program that will mobilize Rochester’s frontline toward the goal of turning every visitors encounter into a positive experience • Goal of 1,000 Rochester CTAs by April 2012

  8. On an average day 3,560 Rochester hotel/motel rooms are occupied by over 6,750 people • These 6,750 people have at least 2 encounters • That means we have more than • 13,500 opportunities each day to get it right- to make a difference!
