GSC-11 Participation • PSOs (Delegations normally 5-8 people, max = 10) ACIF, ARIB, ATIS, CCSA, ETSI, ISACC, TIA, TTA, TTC • ITU • ITU-R and ITU-T • Observers (Delegations 1-2 persons) • IEEE, IETF, ISO/IEC JTC1, APT/ASTAP, CITEL, ANSI, OMA, IEC/SB4, • CEPT, WWI/WWRF (Wireless World Initiative / Wireless World Research Forum),GSMA and 3G Americas (1 each) • CDG, ISO/IEC SAG, CEA, SCTE, DVB Project, FLO Forum, EPC Global • Contributions “For Information” versus Contributions “For Presentation” • Observer Presentations are at the discretion of the Chair of the Session due to time constraints

GSC-11 HoD-4 • GSC will meet every 12-15 months • GSC-12 will be summer in 2007 in Japan, probably July 2007 • GSC will combine Opening Plenary and Joint Session into just GSC Opening Plenary • Resolutions from GRSC and GTSC will be considered “proposed,” to be finalized at Closing Plenary, thus, radio experts from PSOs and ITU-R may need to stay through Closing Plenary • The decision to have a User Workshop or Symposium Session in conjunction with GSC is at the discretion of the host, but if held, urged to be the day before the Closing Plenary • ADMIN WG will meet at GSC-11 on Tuesday, 5:00 to 7:00 pm • Future GSCs, overall participation is to be targeted at between 75-100 participants, thus, smaller PSO and ITU Delegations, and Observers at only 1 each • Help to control hosting costs and intensify the dialog • PPSOs are to review all technical presentations and contrast similarities and differences, thus, requires all presentations to be posted before the meeting
