02 Supplier Portal – Pre-registration
Supplier Portal – Pre-registration - A 02 Register as a new supplier
Supplier Portal – Pre-registration - B 02 Fill in all fields in the pre-registration form (obligatory fields are marked with a star).
Supplier Portal – Pre-registration - C 02 Fill in all fields in the pre-registration form (obligatory fields are marked with a star).Afterwards click on “OK”.
Supplier Portal – Pre-registration - E 02 • At the moment of confirming your pre-registration, an automatic notification is sent to the Registration Unit that corresponds to your company (according to the information filled in - countries supplied, contact person etc.). • Your pre-registration will be reviewed by the Registration Unit who will decide on the approval of it. • Note: If the registration of your company is duplicated, its status will change to "Rejected„ and you will be notified about it. • Once your pre-registration is approved, you will receive a system notification informing you about your access data (user ID and temporary password that you will need to modify the first time you access the Supplier Portal - see following slides). • With these data you will be able to access again the Supplier Portal and complete the registration process by filling in your company‘s profile (see following slides). It is important to upload all the documents required by the Telefónica group (=supply conditions) and documents related to the country that your company supplies.
Supplier Portal – Pre-registration - D 02 • Please note that it is mandatory that you sign the service agreement regarding the use of the e-commerce and e-invoicing platforms so that your company can participate in negotiation processes as well as, to access eMarketplace to receive purchase orders and to manage electronic invoices. • The commercial team corresponding to your company will contact you soon once your pre-registration has been approved. • Trading electronically with the Telefónica Group will bring your company among others the following benefits: • You will have the possibility to be invited to purchasing processes of the Telefónica Group. • More efficient management of purchase orders and invoices (electronically) related to your relationship with the Telefónica Group companies. • Possibility to interconnect your management systems (ERP) with the Telefónica Group through the interconnection with Adquira Marketplace, thus achieving full optimization of its management. • Access to service of Helpdesk and necessary resources for trainings focused on the use of different platforms. • Should you have some doubts regarding the e-commerce service agreement you can contact your commercial department:

Suppier Portal – Completion of the Registration - C 03 Regístrese como nuevo proveedor Accept the conditions related to the use of Supplier Portal. NOTE: this is not the acceptance of the e-commerce service agreement.
Suppier Portal – Completion of the Registration - D 03 Access „Preferences“ Access “Update your profile” NOTE:In the same menu you can change your password, secret question, language settings, currency etc.
Suppier Portal – Completion of the Registration - E 03 • You have to complete all information about yourorganization, contact person etc. (obligatoryfields are marked with a star). • You have to complete the section „Profile Questionnaire” – upload required documents (1.1 y 1.2 or 1.3 + documents related to your country). The process of the download and uploadof documents is described in the point 1. • You have to click on “OK” NOTE: Please bear on mind that all changes andthe upload of documents have to be doneat one go. There is no option of partial save.
Suppier Portal – Completion of the Registration - F 03 • Once the data are completed and the required documents uploaded, your registration will change to status "Validated" and your corresponding Registration Unit will evaluate the accuracy of data. • In case that the data are correct and once you have signed the e-commerce service agreement, the status of your registration will change to the status „Active“ with 2 year‘s validity. • In case that the data are not correct or incomplete, your registration will return to the status „Approved“ notifying you that you should complete/check your data. The process continues as described in the point one. • Please bear on mind that your company‘s profile has to be updated every 2 years from the moment that it changes to „Active“ status. The platform will send you an automatic notification, 60 days before expiration of your registration, asking you to update your profile. If the expiration date is overcome without any update of your registration, it will change to „Suspended“ status disabling you to participated in new negotiation processes. • Should you have some questions about this you can contact our helpdesk (see the following slide).
