Design Features of Fiber Optic Outlet A Fiber Optic Outlet (also known as optical transceiver) is a device that converts signals sent by a fiber optic cable into electrical signals capable of transfer into human eyes. Optical fiber optic outlet connects a source of signal with an eye-catching connector and fiber optic cable. Then it splices those cables together using a mechanical splice. It is the most cost effective method for fiber optic communication over long distances. There are three common types of fiber optic outlets: optical single mode, multi-mode, and fiber optic multiple modes. Optical single mode outlet connects a source of signal with a fiber optic cable in single mode, while multi-mode outlet connects signal source and fiber optic cable in two modes. The fiber optic multiple mode outlet connects signal source with fiber optic multiple mode cable in one mode, while single mode multiple mode outlets connect signal source and fiber optic multiple mode cable in either single or multiple mode. In order to connect optical fiber wall with plastic core, fiber optic outlet has core fiber distribution box. This box serves as a frame that connects the fiber optic outlet box to fiber wall. The installation of fiber optic outlet is done on the fiber optic wall using tape, patch panel or foam tape. The cable is placed inside the box through holes provided. The box is then fastened with glue
along the bottom side and above the hole through the plastic core distribution board. D-Link fiber outlet has a simple design and enough work space to arrange clearly for cable management, and fiber routing protect the bend radius through the unit for optimal signal integrity. The fiber distribution board within this unit has standard holes for fiber cable insertion and removal, and has standard tabs to attach the coaxial cable to the board. Cable is inserted through the holes provided. The entire assembly is then fastened with stainless steel cable tie clips. All components are installed in standard PVC pipe joints. The fiber optic outlet has a clear advantage over conventional cable installations; it provides a much clearer picture and eliminates many of the problems associated with fiber optics. It also offers higher data rates and provides sufficient bandwidth capacity to handle a larger amount of data. This type of outlet reduces or eliminates signal losses at optical paths thereby providing crystal clear signals. It also enhances signal integrity and allows for very efficient fiber optic communication. The d-link fiber optic outlet has a simple design and sufficient work space to arrange clearly for cable management, and engineered fiber routing protect bend radius through the unit for optimal signal integrity. The fiber optic outlet has a clear
advantage over conventional cable installations; it provides a much clearer picture and eliminates many of the problems associated with fiber optics.
